I haven't seen or heard that before. No wait I did once, my suggestion would he insert the did but instead of using auto run right click and select run as administrator then repair the install. if you are installing from the download do the some on the exe file.

Frisk, 2003 runs fine on Vista. I have FP 2003 installed primarily for helping others. However, you do not need to install FP to install the upgrade version of Expression Web.
