I used to insert a file using Expression using Insert / File.

Apparently this option does not exist in the last version.

Do you have any information about this ?

I can confirm that it does not exist - never looked since I don't use file > insert. Guess that leaves copy/paste or using an include file - server side or php echo since design time only works with html files and what is between the body elements.
