    firefox problem

    I am using float left to position an image and all is fine in IE but the text doesn't wrap up around the right side of the image in firefox  any ideas?

    Display issues are difficult to troubleshoot when we can't see the page in action. Please post a url so we can assist you.

    The image is fine in IE 6 but text doesnt wrap in Firefox

    Firefox is pickier about syntax than IE is, you have an extra closing bracket before the .float_left class. Remove it and it works in Firefox.

    Thank ya, thank ya, you have the eye of an eagle.  I looked and looked and never spotted the extra bracket.

    A easy way to note problems and fix them is first to set up ew to tell you about them ... and then use the fixes.

    Validate your code, that will catch errors like double or missing opening/closing element.

     That is always my first troubleshooting step.
