If you have an add-in for Expression Web we will normally give you permission to post. Other types of commercial solicitations must be related to an Expression Studio product or something at least web desgin. We will not approve the solicitation of clients for your web design or development business but if someone posts asking for help you may respond with contact information or a link to your website.
