I created a page using an image, with hotspots for links.  I did include text for "screen tip" when setting my link. Yet, when I do the reports, I recieve the following error for every link I created with the hotspots:

The <area> tag is missing a text equivalent.

How do I include a text equivalent? I included one for the image I used, yet the image has 15 hotspots on it, each with a different screen tip text.
