I really like the simplicity of this post page

The wysywyg  text editor and the select tags feature used on this page but I have a few questions.

 Is the editor part of Expressions web? If so where do I find it - If not where do I purchase it? 

How to make the popup window in expressions web?

Would it be available on all recent browsers?

Could the users security settings prevent it from working?

The forum uses Community Server with the presentation layer (akay masthead, colors, etc.) created with Expression Web.

The WYSIWYG editor used for posting is part of the Community Server package. We are using the Professional version of Community Server here but there is also a free personal edition.

To create a pop-up in Expression Web you would use the behaviors, see the Behanviors Task Pane and the help file for more instructions.

Whether or not a pop-up is blocked by security settings depends on how the pop-up is triggered. Usually pop-ups that are triggered by the visitor's action such as clicking on a link will not be blocked. Pop-ups on load usualy are blocked by pop-up blockers and secuiity settings.
